Vibrating feeder gives the world a sweeping glance

A vibratory feeder is an instrument that uses vibration to "feed" material to a process or machine. It has extensive applications in many fields such as mining, metallurgy, coal, building material, chemical, building material and machinery. It is used to continuously and uniformly or quantitatively feed massive, graininess or powdery materials from hopper or funnel to receiving devices. Vibratory feeders use both vibration and gravity to move material. Gravity is used to determine the direction, either down, or down and to a side, and then vibration is used to move the material. They are mainly used to transport a large number of smaller objects. Features and Benefits 1. Smooth vibration, reliable operation and longer service life. 2. Special fence can prevent the block of raw material. 3. Simple structure, reliable work, convenient installation and adjustment, light weight, small volume and easy maintenance. 4. Frequency conversion motor can be equipped to facilitate feeding control, thus frequent startup of motor can be avoided. 5. Lower noise, less power consumption and excellent regulating performance.coal grinding mill:http://www.china-hxjq.com/n289.html grinding plant:http://www.crusher-machine.com/n222.html The Vibrating Feeder is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from Silo to receive products uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and to feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line. Working Principle of Vibrating Feeder There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like Para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.
